I quite like a good charity record that brings together lots of varied musicians who otherwise would never be seen together — Band Aid, War Child, some of the Children in Need songs and the like.

Then bronies made one to help build a health clinic in Uganda - smashing the amount of money needed by so much that the excess has gone to building homes for Burundian children orphaned by civil war.

And it’s beautiful.

Wow guys, nice work ignoring the 10,000+ dollars bronies have donated to building clinics in Uganda, the 4,000+ dollars to give toys to sick children, the 24,000+ dollars donated through the Humble Brony Bundle, the 20,000+ dollars raised for the Children’s Cancer Association, as well as our work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Blue Lamp Foundation and building a secondary school in Mongolia - organised through just one of our own freaking charity groups.

And none of that is including the charity events held at the increasing number of MLP conventions, including Action Aid and Riding for the Disabled in the UK alone.

Two sides to every coin, bitches.

So yeah, this is probably just going to be a personal blog type thing from now on, with significantly less political content. Not that I’m deleting any of the old stuff, I just won’t be making more.
